Once you decide to book your session, I will create a booking link for you. The newborn session will be booked based on the due date and when baby arrives we will book the final day. Essential and Exclusive packages have a £50 booking fee due at the time of booking, while the Deluxe has a £100 booking fee. This serves as a non-refundable retainer to hold your spot on my calendar.
The remaining balance will be paid at the end of the shoot.
Extra photos or products can be purchased separately. £15 for each extra photo edit.
Unedited/Raw Materials and photos will NOT under any circumstance be delivered.

Once you make the selection from the unedited gallery, it will take approximately 10-20 Working days for the final edited gallery to be delivered.
Emergency fee for editing the entire gallery in 48h is £99.
Products are ordered once a month - 1st Monday of each month and delivered to you in 4-6 weeks since you send the order in.

Things to Know Before You Book:

The smallest package must be selected in order for you to buy extra photos or products.

FAQ
How long in advance do I need to book the session?
A.For any normal photo session please consider 3-4 weeks time frame before booking the session so you can be sure that your booking will be at a suitable time.
How long is a session?
A.This is dependant on the session type you choose and ranges from 1 hour to 3 hours. Estimated session lengths are detailed in our packages page.
Do you offer any payment plans?
A.The deposit of £50 is generally taken at the time of booking the session to secure the date. The balance is due at the end of the session. We do offer financing through Klarna and Paypal. Subject to terms.
How will the photos be delivered?
A.The digital files will be delivered in an online gallery protected with a password. You will be able to download the photos from there on your laptop/phone.
Can I buy extra photos?
A.Yes, I offer clients the chance to select more photographs from their shoot at the price of £15 each.
How long after the shoot will I get my photos?
A.You will receive a gallery of unedited photos - the best from your session. Out of these, you will have the select your favourite ones and message me once the selection is completed. For the first package delivery time is 10 working days, for the second package delivery time is 20 working days, and for the biggest package delivery time of digital files is 25 working days. You will then receive a gallery with all your favourite photos edited and with no logo on them, ready for you to download.
What happens if I need to cancel?
A.The booking fee that is paid when booking the session it is not refundable under any circumstances. However, we are more than happy to reschedule your session or keep the fee for a future shoot.
Can I get the photos faster?
A.We offer an expedited service for £99 to deliver the edited photos 48 hours after selection is confirmed.
What happens if I lost the digital files?
A.First of all, dont panic! Then check the gallery link I sent you as the photos might be there. If you can't find them, please feel free to message me or email me as I usually maintain a backup of my work.
Will there be a second shooter/assistant?
A.Genrally I prefer working with the parents and involving them in the process. On rare occasions I do have an assistant to help with behind the scene work but that is not typical.
Do you shoot outdoors?
A.Yes, maternity & family sessions can be photographed outside. I always recommend that if the children are older than 18 months, the session will be easier outside or in the lifestyle setup in my studio.
Can I bring outfits/toys for my session?
A.Due to Covid we are trying to reduce the risk as much as possible. Therefore if you do want to bring something choose one single outfit/object that you want to be incorporated in your photo session.
Is the cake included in the Smash the Cake session?
A.The cakes are not provided due to dietary preferences or allergies. However, I do collaborate with somebody who can provide simple, yet delicious cakes, just perfect for our lifestyle sessions.
